Pollinate needed to evolve its brand identity to reflect its growth from a market research company to a strategic consultancy offering a wide range of services, including brand consultancy and communications.
Through workshops with the Pollinate team, key strategic objectives were identified for the brand repositioning. The focus was on highlighting Pollinate's value to customers, reinforcing existing brand equity, and relaunching with strength and high impact.
The new identity is playful and dynamic, with elements that provoke curiousness and exploration. A vibrant colour palette was inspired by the world of pollination and allows for a contrast of classic and bold combinations but is grounded by a charcoal colour that gives the brand a premium, mature feel.
The new positioning created for Pollinate was centred around empowering their customers to make informed decisions and to take positive action by using insights that are connected, brought to life through a visual identity that would ‘show not tell’. Injecting some colour, personality and creativity into a brand that would represent energy and growth for itself and its clients.
