For a World Discovered

As part of Subaru’s 50th anniversary in Australia, the Edison Agency looked to define the “For a World Discovered” platform to strengthen brand distinction and consumer connection. The Edison Agency collaborated with Subaru to develop a refined visual identity strategy, ensuring the brand’s presence was instantly recognisable across all touchpoints.


Through workshops, the team defined how this positioning applied across Subaru’s diverse product range—4WDs, performance cars, and city vehicles—creating a unified but flexible identity. The strategy focused on integrating existing brand assets with new elements, including updated logos, colour palettes, typography, and imagery that reflected Subaru’s adventurous and authentic spirit.


The project emphasized a tone of voice that felt grounded, aligning with the brand’s heritage while modernizing its appeal. A structured brand language system and storytelling framework were created to maintain consistency and long-term relevance. By strengthening Subaru’s brand presence in Australia, this refresh set the foundation for future growth, ensuring consumers continue to see Subaru as the ultimate co-pilot in their journey of discovery.
