Embracing the spirit and flavour of a much loved trans-tasman vodka icon

Vodka Cruiser was having a bit of an identity crisis, acting like two different brands in New Zealand and Australia, even though their fans and party vibes were pretty much the same. Asahi Premium Beverages needed a game-changer to unite the brand and make it a global superstar. Enter The Edison Agency, ready to help create a brand was expressive, spirited and socially connected

Inspired by Vodka Cruiser’s “live in the moment” vibe, The Edison Agency set out to craft a visual identity that would smash the trans-Tasman divide. The goal was to create a seamless brand experience that could rock both sides of the Tasman Sea, integrating key image assets into all communications and ensuring the brand's rebellious spirit shined through

The packaging design system demonstrated the new visual style and positioning across multiple formats including slimline cans, bottles, share packs and multi-pack cases. The new Vodka Cruiser ‘Flavour Explosion’ artworks are hand-crafted unique expressions of the taste experience and celebrate the contemporary spirit and energy of the brand.
