The Edison Agency was engaged by The Arnott’s Group to help define the identity and personality of the one of Australia’s favourite snack brands and capture it within a digital and printed book.

Embracing its unique charisma and legendary local reputation, the objective of the project was to create a unique communication piece that became the voice of the brand and spoke from the user’s experience - a youthful expression of fun and flavour with a little nudge to the sassy cheeky character of brand. The design aesthetic fused the retro-styled distinctive assets of the Shapes brand with playful typography - flavourful and dynamic and designed to shake things up! The Shapes brand owns a bold primary colour palette and this little book of flavour is unapologetic in its application of colour.

With warmth, energy and fun in mind, Edison created an in-depth set of defining principles that encompassed Shapes voice, personality and visual language system, giving Shapes a launchpad to continue it’s ever-evolving flavour innovation with its core brand essence at the very heart.
